The Active Future Africa Student Platform ( AFA-SP) is an interactive total wellness platform that caters for university students. In the primary it is targeted at university students that are funded for or sponsored by corporations, and in the secondary all other students including those self funding their studies or depending on the parents for university.
AAF-SP exists to cover
the TOTAL wellness needs of students through a ‘PROGRAMMATIC’ approach
using tools , people and a social community of common impacted and supportive individuals.
The platform aims to use 6 key areas of wellness as a base to support , empower and grow students into balanced and well-meaning contributing citizens. The key focus areas are:
- Overall Wellness Awareness Education
- Mental Wellness
- Nutrition & Fitness
- Financial Wellness
- Corporate Wellbeing
- And overall Psycho-Social Responsibility
The platform is driven through a global partnership model and uses the creation of a total wellness ecosystem that is supported by multiple contributors and service providers. The over objective of this platform is to support the development of students into responsible furute working class , entrepreneurs and contributing citizens.
